Mr. Arcelito M. Mojado is a Licensed Real Estate Broker based in Cebu City, Philippines. He passed the Real Estate Brokers Licensure Examination conducted by the Professional Regulation Commissions (PRC) last March 27, 2011. They were the first batch of Real Estate Brokers who passed the licensure exam under the new Real Estate Service Act (RESA) Law.Mr. Mojado, is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Commerce – Major in Accounting at Saint Peter’s College of Ormoc, Ormoc City, Philippines. After graduation, he devoted his career in the Banking Industry and worked for more than 30 years. He started his career in the bank as an ordinary employee until he reached the position as Branch Manager and 3rd AVP, until he decided to venture in Real Estate after passing the board exam.
He opted to retire in the banking industry in order to join in Real Estate and to continue helping the people find the property of their dreams and especially on their investments, thus, putting great value in quality service with high standards.
